Wellness Sessions Schedule: (All sessions located in Kirkland unless otherwise specified)

1. Jazzercise

3. Seattle Hand Drumming workshop - Boom-Boom Diggy Hand Drumming Workshop, with Nathan Collins

Rhythms are regulating and restorative for the body. No one knows this better than the Seattle Hand Drummers, who work in such communities as addictions and mental health. Come join us for the Boom Boom Diggy Playshop from 5:00 - 6:00 PM on Friday, October 11th! Attendees will learn about the stress reducing qualities of rhythm and be active participants in using hand drums and percussion instruments. Space is limited to 25 participants, so be sure to sign-up in the Wellness Room to reserve your spot!

Ways to win wellness prizes/be entered into a raffle:
Visit the wellness room (get a ticket)
Check-in to the Wellness Room with your step tracker (get another ticket)

Take a short self-assessment on burnout, stress, self-care (get another ticket)
**Tickets can be obtained and deposited in the Wellness Room

What to look for/stations being offered:
- Conference-friendly body movement, Chair Stretches
Chairs will be set up, and there will be pictures to instruct attendees on how to perform the stretches.

- Guided meditations (access to devices with noise cancelling headphones)
There will be two computers at a table with noise cancelling headphones. Several guided meditations will be pulled up on the laptops for folks to choose from. They can sit at the table and listen. They can also choose their own if they have a favorite!


Photobooth with props

We will have props that are associated with wellness, and people can take photos together there. Pick-up handouts and resources for personal wellness

A repository for YOU to share your wellness strategies with everyone who visits the WR
large post-it note pads to collect others ideas (i.e., books to read, apps to try, strategies that work for them, etc.) We will rip off the pages and hang them on the wall behind the easels.

"Dissolve" one's stress at the Stress Dump table with dissolvable paper!

We will have pieces of dissolvable paper that they can write down something they want to "let go" of and they will put the piece of paper into a bubble container, and then blow the bubbles!
We will also have stress dump resources

Adjacent Meditation Room:
A small space that will be available to those that would enjoy taking a few minutes to meditate. Geared to calm the senses and center self
